Young adults and vitamins that they should have on a daily basis. I have put together to show the nutrition value of food and what type of exercise individuals need to live a healthier lifestyle. Giving young adults the opportunity to show them different exercise methods can improve there lifestyle. Also will help them in stress and be able to help with exercise.
